Neil Minardi

Neil Minardi joined Palisades Financial in 2004 as a Senior Analyst. With over 20 years of experience servicing multifamily and commercial loans for government agencies, conduits, life insurance companies and pension funds, he has managed loan portfolios in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to joining Palisades Financial, he served as a Senior Vice President for Poole & Company servicing a $1 billion commercial loan portfolio. In his seven years with Poole & Company, Neil pioneered various asset management procedures and reports for such high profile lenders as TIAA/CREF and GE Financial Assurance. He achieved many notable rewards and acknowledgement from many of Poole’s correspondent lenders.

Neil also spent three years with Hanover Capital Mortgage Corporation as Vice President managing multifamily conduit loans, and six years with Globe Mortgage Company as an Asset Manager for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily loans.
He graduated from William Paterson University with a BA in Communication. He is presently a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He and his family reside in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey.
