Pierre Bonan currently serves as Senior Director of Originations at Palisades Financial. Pierre’s role at Palisades Financial includes originating debt and equity investments in real estate as well as acquiring notes secured by real estate. He brings more than 10 years of diversified real estate experience to Palisades, including most recently serving as an acquisitions officer for NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. in New York City where he played an instrumental roll in assembling a $500 million domestic portfolio of commercial properties.
Pierre began his career in the capital markets group at Newmark & Co. Real Estate, Inc., in New York where he underwrote acquisitions, investment sales and debt placement assignments. He later worked for Credit Suisse First Boston, where he originated fixed and floating rate mortgages for the bank’s CMBS group. He also served as a vice president of Overture Asset Managers, LLC, a parent company for boutique investment advisors.
Pierre is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He resides in New York City.
